Maureen “Mo” Caudle

Born and raised in Middle TN (Murfreesboro). Graduated from MTSU with BA in Mass Communications. Moved to Athens in 2025 after 10 years in Louisiana to be closer to family.

Worked in Human Resources, as an Executive asst for hospital CEO, managed Volunteer Services and hospital gift shop as well as recently managing my church’s faith-based gift shop. Over 30 years of customer service and administrative responsibilities. I am very detail oriented and love to-do lists!

Have been married to husband, Matt, for 28 years. We have two children – Kate (24) and Owen (22) and a sweet but spicy chihuahua named Becca.

Fun fact: My first job was a Christmas wrapper in a women’s clothing shop. Still one of my favorite things to do is wrap gifts and make people smile.
